Kara & Brett were married at Half Moon Bay in California. They said “I Do” in a beautiful ceremony overlooking the ocean. And, just wow. It was gorgeous.

They decided to do a first look before their ceremony, and it was the sweetest moment. First looks are some of my favorite parts of a wedding day to capture. It’s so quiet and intimate. The happy couple taking a moment to relish in their special day together. Nothing gets better, ya know!?

I loved their vows they wrote to each other for their Half Moon Bay ceremony. They included their love of dogs throughout the whole day, and even donated the blankets used in the ceremony to a local shelter. How cool is that!?

The reception was held at California Golf Club, and was an epic time of dancing and laughter and fun. Fun fact: Kara and Brett actually met working at this golf club together!! It was very full circle to celebrate the start of their married life at the very place they left. I’m allllll about those special details!!

The newlyweds left to a sparkler exit and all their friends cheering them on. A beautiful end to a beautiful day!
